Competition for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: Two Candidates Have Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice

On April 30, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 39 candidates: 16 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 13 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 10 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
