
On May 07, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Dnipro Court of Appeal and one candidate for the position of a judge at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment of the candidates for the position of a judge at the Dnipro Court of Appeal, the Commission took the following decisions:

Mykola Voinarivskyi, a candidate for the position of a judge at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal, scored 424,34 points. The Commission found that the candidate have failed to confirm the ability to administer justice.
In total, interviews were conducted with six candidates at the Dnipro Court of Appeal: four candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, whilst two candidates are awaiting an interview by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
Interviews were held with 23 candidates for the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal: 16 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, whilst 7 candidates failed to confirm it.
