On October 08, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of a candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Dmytro Bredun was recognised as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
It should be noted that 33 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 16 vacant positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 12 candidates: 6 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm, and interviews with 2 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
