On June 24, 2025, at the meeting of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of five candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

A total of 36 candidates were interviewed: 13 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 10 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 13 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission.
