On October 08, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting recommendations for secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation to ensure the administration of justice.
Due to the identified excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to second, for a period of one year, a judge of the Bohunskyi District Court of Zhytomyr City Nataliia Vedmid to the Brovarskyi City – Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
The Commission also decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Oleshkyvskyi District Court of Kherson Oblast Serhii Savchak to the Yahotynskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Olast, and his simultaneous secondment to the Brovarskyi City – Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast for a period of one year.
In addition, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation for the early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Mangush District Court of Donetsk Oblast Yuliia Molonova to the Oleksandriia City – Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast, and her simultaneous secondment to the Brovarskyi City – Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast for a period of one year.
