On January 13, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Regarding Denys Baronin, the Panel granted the request for recusal submitted by Volodymyr Luhanskyi, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.
