Please be informed, that on August 27, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the coded and decoded results of testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local general court, compiled on August 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, and August 26, 2025 as part of the qualification exam of candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

4,489 candidates for the position of local general court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local general court, who have successfully passed the testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the local general court and have scored a passing grade, have been admitted to the third stage of the qualification exam – cognitive abilities testing (list at the link in Ukrainian).
The Commission has determined that candidates for the position of local general court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local general court, who have successfully passed the second stage of the qualification exam (scoring 75% or more of the maximum possible score), but did not score a passing grade, may use the results of this stage of the qualification exam when participating in the next selection for the position of judge, announced within two years from the date of approval of the test results, in accordance with the procedure established by a separate decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
