For the Attention of Candidates for the Positions of Judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal

In accordance with the Commission’s Decision of March 23, 2026, in order to ensure that candidates for the positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal are adequately prepared for the qualification exams as part of the competitions announced on October 29, 2025, lists of questions for the anonymous test on general knowledge in the field of law and on the specialisation of the relevant court have been published on the Commission’s official website.

The questions can be viewed in the “Anonymous Test” sub-section of the “Qualification Exam” section under the “Competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, announced on October 29, 2025” sub-section of the “Competition for the Position of Judge” section and in the sub-section “Anonymous Test” under the heading “Qualification Exam” in the sub-section “Competition for the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal, announced on October 29, 2025|” within the section “Competition for the Position of Judge” on the Commission’s official website, or via the following links:
