
On November 24, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in a general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Oksana Marhytych and Yuliia Burzel were recognised as having confirmed their ability to administer justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal.
In the Chernihiv Court of Appeal, Ruslan Kholod confirmed his ability to administer justice. Ruslan Ulianov and Nataliia Kolomiiets failed to confirm their ability to administer justice.
Regarding Oleksandr Hnatiuk, a candidate for the position of judge of the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal, a recess was announced until November 26, 2025.
In total, interviews were conducted with 36 candidates for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: 24 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 7 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 5 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
Interviews with candidates for the position of judge in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal have been completed: 25 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates failed to confirm it.
Interviews were conducted with 32 candidates for the position of judge in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal: 17 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 9 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
